HEALTHY FOOD
As you all know, it is very important to eat healthy foos such as fruit and vegetables in order to keep or bodies healthy and strong. Remember that you should eat at least five fruits per day. But the right amount for you depends on several factors, including age, physical activity or gender. These characteristics determine how many fruit and vegetables you should be eating everyday.
